Illuminate Yoga on the Hill [Mixed Level]

This fresh air, mixed level yoga class will strengthen and stretch the muscles in your body while relaxing and rejuvenating your whole being.

Held 5:30pm Thursdays & a few other dates Perched on a hill overlooking downtown Des Moines near the Shattering Silence art sculpture (park by the Iowa Judicial Building).
